We are a manufacturer and exporter of virgin & specialty activated carbons. They are manufactured out of coconut shell & wood charcoals by steam activation. Various grades of our products are currently being used in many applications.
Our Director Mr.Suresh who has a collective experience of over 20 years in activated carbon technology & Energy/waste management. He is a member of industry organizations such as PACS, WQA (Water Quality Association) & BCI.
Technology
CARBURE ACTIVATED CARBON (CAC) is a specialist supplier and manufacturer of high quality activated carbons in South India, established since 2020. Possessing manufacturing capacity of 3000 MT per annum, with two most modern rotary kilns located nearby Coimbatore to tap the rich reserves of raw material. Supplying to the leading gold mines, pharmaceutical and food companies, we work under the strict guidelines of ISO 9001 and vendor guidelines, of our Food and Pharmaceutical customers. To ensure a consistent quality, we have installed fool proof systems to ensure that our manufacturing processes are not people dependent. With special focus on continuous innovation and ”Kaizen”, we have mastered the art and science, of manufacturing and curating the highest quality activated carbon.
Quality Control
At CACPL there is great emphasis on quality control. We have the most stringent testing procedures ranging from certified ASTM lot testing; independent lab verification; laser particle analysis to other customized quality control processes. Given that many of our activated charcoal and activated carbon products and services are individualized, it has been important for us to work alongside our customers to develop critical quality control methods to meet their demands.
